Our People

ChemDesign's talented staff is comprised of approximately 100 employees - professional chemists, chemical engineers, skilled production workers, and business and technical executives who leverage vast expertise and dedication to meet the varied needs of our customers.

At ChemDesign, our staff works in a close partnership with customers to provide the highest level of quality control and assurance through every phase of the project. Innovative process chemists and chemical engineers - certified professionals with degrees from major universities - utilize years of experience to identify and implement the best methods for manufacturing any chemical compound. Skilled technical staff review that process, verifying that it is efficient, cost - effective and will meet or exceed customer expectations. And throughout our efforts, a single project manager forms the bond between the customer and our ChemDesign departments, overseeing quality from design and optimization, to pilot manufacturing and final production.

But our employees' commitment to quality extends far beyond the walls of ChemDesign; many of our business and technical executives work to enhance their profession by serving on the boards of trade organizations. ChemDesign employees are also active in the community through several neighborhood related projects such as involvement with local schools to increase science education, volunteer work in emergency response drills, as well as support of the arts. It is this consistent dedication to improvement that helps ChemDesign reach the highest standard of assurance for every project.
